Did you know that thanks to Maria, my mom, our now-famous Pecan Pie was born?

I created this recipe as a treat for her since it's her favorite dessert in the whole world.

And did you know that thanks to this Pecan Pie, Casa Gioia was born? 

 

I thought that to celebrate our 11th Mother's Day with you, I would not only celebrate my mom, but how it all started.
